Q: How long does the process typically take?

That's up to you. Some clients want an intensive few week push to fix things fast, others prefer to spread the work over a couple of months around their own pace. Most move from their first Business Health Check to a working plan within a few weeks, and we agree the timeline together based on what we find and what suits you.
